I saw your picture on the blog today and there are many reasons, some of them quite personal to me, that I am glad you are staying inside now, and not under the shed. I am sure you are more comfortable inside.
I have been terribly busy with the beginning of school and putting stuff up for the winter and then there was that terrible booming last Sunday and also the hickory tree is dropping huge nuts down and one must realize that time is short.
I found out the booming was a town fair over at the school. But then they put off those fireworks at night and it was really awful. Must have been the Chicken Little phenomenon. Nothing fell on me, thank goodness. Still gotta watch those hickory nuts, though, they never quit!
The school buses are all over the place now. I saw one of my family on the road who had suffered Curtains in the most summary way.
Which reminds me: I wish in the future you wouldn't mention R.S. He is related to the Summerbeaches, you know.
